These Terms of Service set forth the matters that customers must observe when using the online store (the "Store") operated by Dipsy Inc. (the "Company"). By using the Store, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

[Products] The Store sells the following two types of products: (1) One-of-a-kind apparel items remade and reworked from vintage clothing (domestic Japan shipping only) (2) Original new apparel items (domestic and international shipping available). Due to the nature of vintage materials, remake items may show some signs of wear (fading, small frays, aging of prints, etc.). These are part of each garment's texture and individuality and do not constitute defects. The condition of each item is described on its product page, so please be sure to check it before purchasing.

[Orders and Payment] - Orders are accepted only through the online store. - We accept payment by credit card (Visa / Mastercard / JCB / American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. - If we are unable to provide a product due to stock availability after your order is confirmed, we will contact you promptly and issue a refund.

[Intellectual Property] The copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the content posted on the Store (photographs, text, logos, designs, etc.) belong to the Company. Unauthorized reproduction or copying is prohibited.

[Disclaimers] - Product colors may appear different from the actual items depending on your monitor environment. - Delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, traffic conditions, customs inspections, congestion in international logistics, or other unavoidable circumstances. - The Company may suspend provision of its services to customers who violate these Terms.

[Changes to These Terms] The Company may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms take effect upon being posted on the Store.

[Governing Law and Jurisdiction] These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Yokohama District Court as the court of first instance.
