- Orders are shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation.
- Business days are weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on Friday or later may be shipped the following week.

- Domestic (Japan): Free shipping nationwide (excluding remote islands and certain areas; additional shipping fees may apply for delivery to remote islands. If applicable, we will contact you before shipping.)

- Domestic: Shipped via Yamato Transport or Japan Post
- International: Shipped via Japan Post (EMS or Registered Small Packet)

[Tracking Your Shipment]
Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number. You can check the delivery status on the carrier's website.
[Delivery Date and Time Requests]
We are unable to accommodate requests for a specific delivery date or time. If you are not available at the time of delivery, please follow the instructions on the carrier's missed-delivery notice to arrange redelivery.

Shipping Policy (International)
We ship internationally from Tokyo, Japan via Japan Post.
Shipping Options
- Express Shipping (EMS): 3-5 business days, with tracking and insurance
- Standard Shipping (Registered Small Packet Air): 7-14 business days, with tracking and limited insurance (up to ¥6,000 equivalent)
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Shipping fees do NOT include customs duties, import taxes, or any other charges that may be imposed by your country. The recipient is responsible for paying these fees upon delivery. For shipments to the United States, items under USD $800 are typically exempt from duties (de minimis rule).
Delivery Times
Stated delivery times are estimates from the carrier and may vary due to customs inspections or local postal delays.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. Claims will be handled according to Japan Post's compensation policy.
