Refund Policy
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in the same condition as at the time of purchase (with tags, accessories, etc.).
- Items sold as one-of-a-kind pieces are non-returnable.

- Due to the nature of upcycled vintage garments, signs of wear characteristic of vintage items (fading, small frays, aging of prints, etc.) do not constitute defects.
- If an item is defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will provide an exchange or refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@drop.style within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost, including return shipping.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us at info@drop.style with your order number and reason for return before shipping the item back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Note on Product Type

International shipments from DROP include new items only. Our domestic remake (upcycled vintage) line is not currently available for international shipping.
