Delivery Timing

Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in the same condition as at the time of purchase (with tags, accessories, etc.).
  • Items sold as one-of-a-kind pieces are non-returnable.
  • For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we will provide an exchange or refund at our expense.
  • Due to the nature of upcycled vintage garments, signs of wear characteristic of vintage items (fading, small frays, aging of prints, etc.) do not constitute defects.
  • For international shipments, returns must be shipped back at the customer's expense (covered by DROP in the case of defective or incorrectly shipped items).
